Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VacHeaven is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

VacHeaven offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify for a return/refund:

• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

• Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
