Return Window:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Proof of purchase (order number) required.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 30 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping:

Buyer pays return shipping, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping Time Reminder

Standard delivery typically takes 10–30 business days depending on location and supplier logistics.

Refund requests for orders still within this delivery window are not eligible.
