We don’t have Amazon’s massive warehouse network. Instead, we work directly with suppliers to bring you high-quality vacuums at a fair price. This may mean slightly longer shipping times, but it allows us to keep costs lower for our customers.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your order, contact us at paul.lane@vacheaven.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order will already be processing with our warehouse.
